존경하는 대한악안면성형재건외과학회 회원 여러분 안녕하십니까?
풍요로운 결실의 계절 가을입니다. 대한악안면성형재건외과학회가 주최하고 저희 강릉원주대학교 치과대학 구강악안면외과학 교실이 주관하는 제62차 대한악안면성형재건외과학회 종합학술대회를 강릉시 라카이 샌드파인 리조트에서 개최하게 된 것을 기쁘게 생각합니다.
이번 학술대회는 항상 최선의 수술을 위하여 노력하는 악안면성형재건외과의사들의 기대를 반영하여 “The Good, the Better, and the Best”라는 슬로건 하에 2개의 Plenary lecture와 10세션의 심포지움으로 구성하여 국내외의 경험있는 외과의사들을 모시고 진행될 예정입니다. 특히 이번 학회에서는 두경부 재건술과 턱교정 수술에서 Computer-aided surgery의 현주소를 파악하고, 유리 피판의 시대에서 유경 피판을 재조명해보고자 합니다. 또한 얼굴의 심미 수술에 대해서도 심도 있는 강연과 심포지움 발표, 그리고 토론이 이루어질 것입니다. Precongress workshop에서는 성인에서 아산화질소를 이용한 경구흡입진정술을 실습하는 유익한 시간을 마련하였습니다.
모쪼록 이번 학회에 참가하시는 회원분들이 악안면성형재건외과학의 최신 경향을 파악하고 학문적인 교류를 활성화하여 그들의 임상에서 보다 나은 결과를 기대할 수 있는 자리가 될 것으로 확신합니다. 또한, 학문적 동료와 선후배들을 다시 만나서 함께하는 즐거운 친목의 기회를 만드시기를 바랍니다.
이번 62차 종합학술대회가 무난하게 개최될 수 있도록 배려하여 주신 김선종 학회장님, 학회 임원진 여러분들과 학술대회의 실무를 맡아 최선을 다하여 준비하여 주신 김민근 조직위원장님을 비롯한 조직위원 여러분들, 그리고 강릉원주대학교 구강악안면외과 교실원과 동문 여러분께 심심한 감사의 말씀을 올립니다. 다가오는 10월에 회원 여러분들 모두 건강한 모습으로 바다향이 가득한 전통의 도시 강릉에서 만나 뵙기를 기대합니다.

Dear members of the Korean Association of Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons,
It's fall, the season of abundant fruitfulness. I am very pleased to hold the 62nd Congress of the Korean Association of Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons which is hosted by the Korean Society of Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and organized by the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, College of Dentistry, Gangneung-Wonju National University, at Lakai SANDPINE Resort in Gangneung.
In this KAMPRS, which reflects the expectations of maxillofacial reconstructive surgeons who always strive for the best surgery under the slogan "The Good, the Better, and the Best", the congress will consist of two plenary lectures and 10 sessions of symposiums. In particular, this congress will explore the current status of computer-assisted surgery in head and neck reconstruction and orthognathic surgery, and will revisit the use of percutaneous flaps in the era of glass flaps. In addition, there will be in-depth lectures, symposium presentations, and discussions on aesthetic surgery of the face. The Pre-congress workshop will provide an informative course to practice oral inhalation sedation with nitrous oxide on adults.
I am confident that members attending the conference will be able to identify the latest trends in maxillofacial reconstructive surgery and foster academic exchange to achieve better results in their clinical practice. I also hope that you will have the opportunity to reunite with your academic colleagues and seniors and have a pleasant social gathering.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Prof. Sun-Jong Kim, President of the KAMPRS, and the members of the Executive Committee, as well as to Prof. Min Keun Kim, for their efforts in preparing for the 62nd Congress of the Korean Association of Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and to the members and alumni of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Wonju University in Gangneung, Korea. I am looking forward to seeing all of you in good health in the traditional city of Gangneung, filled with the scent of the sea, in October.

존경하는 대한악안면성형재건외과학회 회원 여러분!
대한악안면성형재건외과학회 종합학술대회가 아름답고 정겨운 도시 강릉에서 강릉원주대학교 치과대학 구강악안면외과학교실 주관하에 개최됨을 축하드립니다. 1962년 11월 창립된 우리 학회는 창립 이후 현재까지 고문님, 임원님, 회원님들의 노력으로 턱 얼굴 영역의 성형 재건 수술과 미용수술 분야에서 끊임없는 발전을 이루어 왔습니다.
회원 여러분들의 적극적인 참여에 힘입어 정규학술대회 뿐만 아니라 턱얼굴미용수술 연수회, 미세수술연수회를 정기적으로 개최함으로써 회원 및 치과의사들에게 미용시술의 가이드라인을 제시하고 있습니다. COVID19으로 잠시 중단되었던 해외 의료봉사단 활동도 재개되었습니다.
이번 학술대회는 “The Good, the Better, and the Best”라는 주제 하에 2개의 Plenary lecture와 10개의 심포지움으로 구성되어 국내외의 석학을 모시고 개최될 예정입니다. Cai교수님과 Horatiu Rotaru교수님, 일본과 대만의 저명한 연자분들뿐만 아니라 국내 여러 초청 여자분들을 모시고 다양한 학술토론이 열릴 예정이며 Precongress workshop (성인에서 아산화질소를 이용한 경구흡입진정술을 실습) 이 준비되어 있습니다.
맑은 하늘과 청정한 바다가 있는 강릉에서 우리 회원들 전체가 함께하면서 심포지움과 구연, 포스터를 통한 학술교류와 함께 친목의 시간을 마음껏 즐기시길 바랍니다.

Dear members of the Korean Association of Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons,
I would like to congratulate the Korean Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons for holding this congress in the beautiful and friendly city of Gangneung under the auspices of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, College of Dentistry, Gangneung Wonju University.
The Korean Association of Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, founded in November 1962, has made continuous progress in the field of maxillofacial plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery through the efforts of our association's advisors, officers and members.
Thanks to the active participation of our members, we have held regular conferences and educational programs on maxillofacial surgery and microsurgery to provide guidelines for members and dentists on aesthetic procedures. Our overseas medical volunteer program, which was briefly suspended due to COVID-19, has also resumed.
The congress will be held under the theme "The Good, the Better, and the Best" and will consist of two plenary lectures and 10 symposiums to which scholars from home and abroad will be invited. Various academic discussions will be held with Prof. Cai and Prof. Horatiu Rotaru, distinguished speakers from Japan and Taiwan, and invited speakers from Korea, and a pre-congress workshop will be offered to practice oral inhalation sedation with nitrous oxide in adults.
I hope that all of our members will join us in Gangneung, with its clear skies and crystal clear waters, and enjoy a time of scientific exchange and fellowship through symposiums, oral&poster presentations.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the invited speakers, symposium speakers, and members who have graciously accepted to give lectures despite their busy schedules.
I would also like to thank Prof. Young-Wook Park, the congress chairman, Dr. Min-Keun Kim, the head of the organizing committee, and the faculty of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Gangneung-Wonju University for organizing this congress. Moreover, I would like to sincerely thank the congress organizers for their hard work and the exhibitors for their participation.
I hope that the 62nd Congress of the Korean Association of Maxillofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons will be successful and become a festival of academic exchange among the members of our association, and I wish you all health and happiness.
